Bhagyesh Jha is a former IAS officer who has served in various positions for the development of Gujarat. He has been the Collector for Kheda & Vadodara. He was also the Commissioner of Entertainment Tax & for the Dept. of Information & Public Relations. He has also served as Managing Director for Industries. He is a confluence where Sanskrit, Gujarati and English languages meet. He is a poet by heart.
