Priyanshi Patel is not a canvas lying on the easel waiting to be painted by her family. She is the VP of an internationally recognized company, NK Proteins, and the founder of Olixir Gourmet Oils. She is trained in Indian classical music and French. In addition to teaching literature in schools across Ahmedabad, she was also instrumental in starting the Reading Club in Ahmedabad.
