Impact Gujarat Literature Festival
GLF was instrumental in pursuing the government to declare Gujarati as a compulsory language in schools in Gujarat. To this effect, the Gujarat Assembly passed a resolution, unanimously. It has inspired dozens of literary activities and ‘GLF-type’ debates in schools and colleges, across the state.
Dozens of young writers have been inspired after participating in GLF, who are now published authors. The festival has also become a bridge between writers and readers/viewers.
