Mallika Sarabhai is one of India’s leading choreographers and dancers, in constant demand as a soloist and with her own dance company, Darpana, creating and performing both classical and contemporary works. Mallika first started writing when she produced and performed Shakti: The Power of Women. Since then she has scripted her own shows, TV serials for ISROs educational TV in Madhya Pradesh, film scripts and more recently new contemporary lyrics for Bharata Natyam.
