Namita Gokhale is an Indian writer, publisher and festival director. She is the author of 14 books, including eight works of fiction. The anthology on "Himalaya: Adventures, Meditations" has been co-edited with Ruskin Bond. Her debut novel "Paro: Dreams of Passion" was released in 1984 and since then she was written fiction and non-fiction and edited non-fiction collections.
