Mihir Bhuta is a writer, who has penned several acclaimed dramas including the epic Hindi play - Chanakya. His Gujarati play ‘Maro Piyu Gayo Rangoon’ was performed at the Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre for the Cultural Olympiad during the Olympic Games in London. Other than these, Mihir has written for Sardar and Bhamashah, among others. He became a national recognition after Prime Minister Narendra Modi inducted him into the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) selection where he currently serves as a member. His last web series, Modi - Journey of a Common Man captures the journey of India’s PM from being a common man to becoming the most revered Chief Minister of Gujarat. The web series is currently streaming on EROS NOW. He has also penned popular television dramas like Devo Ke Dev Mahadev (2011), Mukti Bandhan (2011) and Mahabharat (2013).
