Manoj Joshi is an Indian film and television actor. He began his career in Marathi theatre, also putting up performances in Gujarati and Hindi theatre. He has also acted in over 70 films since 1998, many of his roles being comedies. He received the Padma Shri (2018), National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor (2017), Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for Theatre - Acting (2016), ITA Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role (2016) and ITA Award for Best Actor in a Negative Role (2003).
